Well I Got Bored

as some know i change vehicles more than most change their underwear..... so here is the newest one, i traded the crown vic that i had for a few days and i got this 90 something grand Cherokee V8,

im putting the truck build on hold due to money problems. but im very close to having my enclosure built so i thought id get started on the wiring. its been cold as hell at my house these last few days (30-35) so i have been working a few hours here and there when i get the balls to go out. and the wife works days so my build time starts after 5:30pm

here is the first night it was 30 degrees so i manages to stay out for a few hours. my wifes cousin helped me here and there.

i didnt get pics because it was to damn cold but most of the time i was searching for a way to run the power and after accidentally cutting the wire to short i had to work even harder to run it. because the only real good area is on the driver side and i only had 11ft of wire to work with lol. so i ran it through the fender. i know it looks ugly but i figured i would cover it with bed lines like i planned on doing my wheel wells anyway just for fun

second day i thought it it might be easier to go to the wifes aunts house and use their work shop. well when i got there they put their toys in there. so i was stuck using this as shelter.

not the best but it kept us dry.

so we started stripping the interior out

id love to torture the retard that had this vehicle before me he cut every wire to rig in the stock hu.....why? i have no clue

anyway when i got the jeep he gave me a old school 2ch amp, 2 bnib polk audio db6501comp sets, a bnib sony cdx-gt520 hu its not the best but works and it was free.

again i didnt get many pics but i tore out the stock tweets and replaced them

didnt get any of the doors but they are in.

then i put this to the front doors for now till i can get a 4ch. its not the cleanest but wires are hidden now and it sounds very nice.

started to clean up the front and move to the rear

i soldered the terminals on

didnt have any black covers so i used red oh well

made sure the ground was good

then i got really ecided and threw this in just to hear it

and damn did it pound with no extra batts or anything and it never went below 13.4 volts on 1 18" dc lvl4.

nice job soldering the terminals, but please use a bolt and washer for the ground connection, i promise you will get better flow.

saving up for the hellfire waiting on a date for the 4ch. where would i ground using a bolt and washer? i cant find shit for room. where are the jeep owners that have done it like that? i need help lol.

thanks bro, yea it does get better than the passport. so far im happy with it. however i still want a hoe lol. but all my audio shit is put on hold had a family issue and need to spend cash on other things. but yea it pounds hard hasnt got hot at all hell it hasnt even got warm. here is a vid with a pos camera with electrical tape over the mic so it docent sound like rice crispy s , but it flexes the hood you can tell when i set the camera on the truck only way i can show it lol.

roof has a solid layer of dynamat, sides have 2 layers the back hatch has 2 also. no extra batts all 1/0 stock alt. pounding away no problems at all. i get very little dimming but nothing serious.
