Not to thread jack but the D2400 are rated at 1200 RMS at one ohm but are from what I think a lil underated I guess about 1400-1500 with a good electrical.

directed 2400 do 2400 RMS @ 1 ohm??

from the specs i have on the amp yes it is one ohm stable. 1200rms @ 1 ohm and 2400 peak @ one ohm
