Look up scooby1961 on youtube, he's an older guy with some killer workouts bro. I used to lift heavy all the time and build mass pretty good and stay cut but it took me a long time to get my weight up. He uses supersets in almost all his workouts. I've tried a few and now thats all I do. It takes me no time to put on weight and get ripped. His exercises are built to build muscle and get your cardio in all in the same time. I can do chest in about 45 minutes and be pumped and exhausted with his routines. If you can't find it go to my youtube under alphasig293 and look under my favorites.
