Torres Posted January 15, 2009 Report Share Posted January 15, 2009 is 4guage sufficient? not at all. try drinking a milk shake through a coffee straw. for 6k watts, you're going to need a beefy alt (maybe 2 if you can fit depending on amperage), multiple batteries, and i would do more than one run of 1/0 through the car.
