hate to tell you this man, but that I think your gonna be disapointed, becuase 4kw isnt enough power to get a 150 @ 28hz

Two 2003 L7 15's

KX1200.1

0 gauge

Two RedTops

12cbft @ 28Hz = I hit a 148 @ 27Hz on 2005 TL

That's all the system was build for was 35Hz and below, I had the KX1200 mod'd for abit more power and wire inputs, plus an upgraded fan, it was close to 2000 RMS, maybe around 1800w RMS.

It was my good man, with this T40001bd the crossover is much like a Class A/B amp, but with the power of a Class D amp with less THD. So I want abit higher bass maybe cross it at 55Hz. But yes no one ever believed just two L7 would meter that high, even I didn't. I knew it was loud, it's was just a good day, the air was perfect, it was just turning into night. I hit a 150 on the AC. But the last time a metered that setup I did a 146.7, just before the subs went out.

Same with Tommy scoring a 150 with what was it, oh yeah one mother f'in 12". It's all in finding out what working in your car. I know what I scored and I'm content with it.So don't hate because it's childish and there's no point!

So sorry to dissappoint there, David, but I'm not so little kid who doesn't know what the hell his doing, this is what I do. It's much the same story as Meade, I work with building materials, contractor for 4 years, and I do this out of my shop, been doing this for many years, and what I've done all those years is test shit, there's ways to do it right that can gain you a whole dB if you just take the time. The only reason I posted this early was to get people's info on things, not argue over shit from the past.
