this really makes me jealous cause I had a Tahoe exactly the same as yours in 08 but I sold it.

HAHA! so I decide to roll past his house like 5 minutes ago when I was coming home and I will give the kid credit he knows his chevy motors because he comes booking it outside when I pass his house all pissed off and I just keep rollin slow not even playing mids and highs loud at all

funny thing is... he just gave away where he lives.. now I know where both fuckers live

o and the tilt sensor is this little box that goes up under your car. its works kinda like an iphone or itouch i think. and if you jack any part of the vehicle up when it s locked the tilt sensor will pick it up and make the alarm go off:D pretty cool i think

and the purple rim.. I've titled it lambo purple just so I don't feel THAT ghetto

when I get a couple more bucks to spend on paint and not gas I'll be getting 4 more cans to do the other 3 rims

its a paint called metal cast which means its transparent over whatever you put it on.. mainly chrome

it comes right off with lacquer thinner.

we did a test in the parking lot on my bumper and it came off with paint thinner

its mainly an experiment to see if I like the purple or not before I go and get it powdercoated

at night its really dark so it blends in with the black and makes the whole rim look black

in the day the chrome shines through underneath and makes it look amazing

I've seen too many blacked out tahoes lately and decided I need a secondary color..

I originally wanted purple interior LED's and I have the 12k HID's which are some what purple so it overall matches to what I will be doing

You just need to get a real big system in the back to weigh it down a couple more inches however

A whole 1.25 inches LOL but now it looks like i got no sag in the rear (if only I could say the same about one of my past ex's) rofl

but since we did so many coats it came out deep royal purple

and yup thats the plan, I was going to load it up today with all my equipment and see how much lower it got but never got around to it

thats also what the helper bags are for in case its too much just add a couple more PSI and it will raise it up and be a better ride

thank you for the idea!! I have been thinking about something else to do as an accent but couldn't think of anything small enough

I also painted the exhaust but its pretty faded right now we barely shot it
