I would try to find some more comfortable contacts bro. finkster Posted February 12, 2009 Report Share Posted February 12, 2009 (edited) my mom had LASIK done, avoid PRK if possible, for it hurts for a while afterwards...Long story short, it def works and the only bad thing ive heard is night vision from lights get a little glossy...other than that her eyes are still better than 20/20... hers cost 4 grand for both eyes, but that was half off because shes in the county govt. Today you're looking around 2 grand per eye...at least around here, I live near DC, with one of the most popular laser eye centers in the country....Im going to get it done one day too... But your eyes have to be stable for a couple years before you can have the procedure done, or else you will be wasting your money...
