should have new pics up on saturday. im in the final 60/80 grit sanding stages. skim coat regular bondo and sanding with 220. few more small area skim coats of bondo to make it all smoothed out. hit it with 600. then its off to paint.

thanks guys. that was my first vynil wrapping. wasn't to hard just frustrating getting it to not wrinkle. i have a full door cover i will be doign at some point in my personal car. so pods where a good learning experiance.

sanding fun tonight if anyone wants to join! LOL

i am getting the impression you guys think i wrapped the entire door. i didn't all i did was the pods. i wish i could wrap that good!

on a labor note i got the first layer finish bondo down. i also finished sanding out kitty hair bondo layer on the back side of the box. then the front side finish layer had dried enough that i started in on the top and upper curves of the front. i got a few pics but will not have them loaded for a couple days. so saturday as noted before will have a gang more pics.

as promised. a gang more pics. i spent another 5 hours bondo'n and then sanding on this thing the last couple days. i still need to knock the back out and one side. then i will have to fill in any voids/low points.

back side i drilled holes in to fill with expanding foam to minimize flexing.

kitty haired the holes shut

finish bondo layer

and alot of sanding in the middle!
