meade916
ok im just curious about this one. ok steve has 4000 watts rms running to 2000 rms subs. can they take that much or is each speaker run at 2 ohm so it makes it 2000 rms. just curious. his subs are seeing 4000watts a piece. with all of the options on the subs and being smart with the gains, it can be done. each amp is rated at OVER 4700 watts at 1 ohm. I am at .7 so im probably pushing 5,000 to each sub.... Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! meade916
hey steve, which battery did you ground to the chassis, i figure the last battery on the bottom far right but i am wondering they are ALL grounded together. They are also all grounded to the chassis a few times as well as to the Alternator bracket up in the very front...The diagram just shows the basics of whats going on, its already sorta "busy" so i didnt wanna go to crazy with the specifics, you feel..... sean 371
lol i wish i had a need for buss bars. With only two amps, i just stack the 2 ring terminals and screw them down somewhere. works fine as long as its hidden. Take your smaller wires and screw all the ring terminals together. Use washers on both sides. The only downfall is it's not fused, but neither is a buss bar. Sorry it's kinda hard to explain. Basically you're just sandwiching the ring terminals together to connect them.
