Torres Posted August 9, 2012 Author Report Posted August 9, 2012 what you need to do is go to the folder that it's in, and click tools up at the top (click alt if you can't see the tool bar) and then click folder options. then click the view tab, then in the advanced settings window, there's a check box that says 'hide extensions for known file types'. uncheck that and then you will see the file extension. take out the U now and save it. then you can go back and check that box again to hide the file extensions
vike4511 Posted August 9, 2012 Report Posted August 9, 2012 Still having an issue the program finally downloaded but will not run. I get a pop up saying the file is not compatible with the version of windows that I am running. And to contact you about what this program is a 32 or 64 bit version. I have a toshiba satellite with a i3 core processor 64 bit. I'm not that computer savvy so I was wondering if you could explain if I'm doing something wrong. Thank you
