if so thats not a good ground.

also, even though its hard to tell from the pic, but if there is paint where you want to put the ground, you should sand it down, to have metal on metal. better for current flow.

You can't expect for people to answer if you put up a pic asking if it's a good ground when one, you put up a shitty pic, and you don't bother saying where it's located at.

depends. without that ring terminal there, does the washer tighten on top of the bar?

if so try to find another ground. or at least go get another washer and put the ring terminal between two washers, then tighten it down.

if that ring terminal is not sitting on the metal then you are relying on that bolt to get your current grounded. bolts don't always have the best grounding characteristics.

try turning the ring terminal and make it parallel with the bars and it'll sit on the body

[id say nope but would suggest taking the bolt out, sand down the area a lil to make sure its all good. if the bolt is long enough id say put the ring terminal down first, then another washer, then the rest and make sure its tight. if not an option then go for plan B, new location for ground. just my thoughs
