going over rms = smaller box, under rms = bigger box...

Low voltage doesn't blow amps. That's a myth.

A router that does the sub holes makes rounded edges also?

look at the rest of my vids, he sits with his head right next to an 18" ported on a 2600 watt amp

come slap me

Wow...sounds like someone needs to learn how to man up, and control your kid. Good call David, he barely deserves to breathe in my book.

Back to hearing loss and systems, I dont have a system that's setting the world on fire by any means, but I jam it quite often > 1 hour per day, and I dont seem to have any ill effects from it. I think it's the people running a shit ton of mids and highs (like New Yorkers prefer) that would be experiencing hearing loss, because that's more likely to damage ones hearing than being extremely loud in the sub 50Hz range.

My System:

Pioneer AVH-P3200BT

4-Dayton 7 inch reference series (front doors)

8-Onkyo 3/4 inch tweeters (dash)

1-Sundown Audio 100.4D (mids/highs)

2-18" BTL's (for now)

Crescendo 3kwp (for sale)

Complete rebuild coming soon...
