i am looking for ideas for a head turning system for my 2000 silverado ext-cab and need help to figer out what i should run in it ???

head turning huh.....how bout 30+ 6x9s that should turn heads or like 20 10's or 10 12's or 6 15's or 4 18's.......more the better right?

2001 chevy silverado 1500

h/u- pioneer avic-f900bt and custom molded 7 inch monitor in center console

mids/highs-memphis m-class 6.5 component set

subs-3 kicker L7 12's seprate chamber box at 43hz and aprox. 3 cu. ft.

amp- treo ssx 2000.1

all memphis 0 gauge wire and rca's

Plans- 2 treo ssp 18's

kinetik 2400 batt and a mla module and high amp alt

focal 6.5 components and amp

30+ x9s....that's classic! lol Do it up like Dale Jr. on that episode of cribs, cant remember what all he had in it, but it looked nice!!! ( seat mounted on the box, could still be flipped up if he needed.)

depends on what u wanna spend. but focals or boston acoustics are good. especially the new series that just came out. put some of those in your interior. real good clean sound, and subs....well they have one purpose only lol. so that will depend on what kind of music u listen to. 18's real good loud, but not real quick on the recoil. so i would go with a bunch of high performance 10's or 12's

Yeah man, this is sucha vague and loaded question. What kinda money do you wanna spend, do ya want to go for SPL, do you want something that stays below the window line, ..... tell us more that you have , and I promise you will get a wide range of ideas. Me, I would put a couple of DC 12s or 15s and a sundown 3000 or even the DAT 2500 , and a few batteries, and a bigger alt. And that is just keeping it simple. You can always fill the truck bed with a set up and a blo through.

FINALLY !!! I GOT IT METERED ON THE TERMLAB !!! I did a 140.2 at 42 hertz.
