bkolfo4
I always use the PAC 10:1 LOC for installs with a factory headunit. Works great. raytard
pac or dei are the ones i've used, the pac seems like ti may be a bit higher quality then theres always audiocontrol, like lc6 or whatver you need, by far the best. They are def the highest quality line output converters you can find, just dont use hooks or deepfry them... jl audio has the cleansweep which can be used as an loc, havnt had much experience with it in person, only ever saw one in person...wasnt like it was leaps and bounds better than an audiocontrol...or better at all... Audioguy564
any brand that you use as long as there are isolation transformers inside will yield a good sound, units with simple voltage dividing resistor networks will just cause noise problems. there might be a chance that you might clip the power outs of the head unit and cause some distortion on the line level output as well. most decks solve that problem with the RCA's coming out of the deck because they don't allow them to ever clip by controlling them with the internal DSP.
