Recommended Posts

HERE'S ONE OF THE SYSTEMS I HAD IN MY BLAZER LAST SUMMER, PLEASE FORGIVE MY LACK OF FANCY TOOLS AND ALL, BUT I THINK IT CAME OUT OK

WON 1ST PLACE IN THE MINNESOTA REGIONAL CIRCUIT CITY CAR SHOW/SPL COMPETITION IN JULY 06 IN MAPLEWOOD, MN.  IT HIT 146.5 WITH ONLY 1400 WATTS OR SO (bxi1606d).  I TOOK OUT A SPONSORED RF GUY WITH 2 12" T2 AND 4000 RF POWER AMP.  :gun:

Looks good, and congrats on the win!!!  Curious, did you resin the corners in the port or is that just a crap load of caulk??  If not, I would reconment 45'ing the port coners on your next build.  Just a little advice ;)

it's bondo - kinda a stupid idea I had to try.... I agree, a 45 would allow a better flow of air.... it looks like crap just because i sanded it, it actually is really smooth

Dude, that setup looks perfect when it comes to scale. It's not too deep to wide, height. Great job, I'll give you a clean up tip if you want to go seemless, plus add to the seal'a'te of your box. Bondo all the exterior cracks, and sand until baby smooth, but I'm a fan of the "Unfinished Look" anyway. Great job with that 146.5. That's a hell of a score for 2 12's. Keep It Up
