tequila Posted March 20, 2009 Report Posted March 20, 2009 Probably a noob question but... Im gonna be running my soundstream t4-15 on 1000watts rms in a 5.24cube enclosure tuned at 35hz. (5.24 after displacement.) I was reading somewhere that a too big a box can damage your woofer and decrease its output.. I immediately looked up vids on youtube of 15" woofers (se, sx, bl, btl) to find out what other people's box dimensions are, and they all seem to be around 4 or 4.5cubes.. You dont need to lose a whole lot but I think you should be ok with what you have. Just cant put as much power on it. 1997 2 Door Blazer Bagged & Body Dropped SBC/TH350

The cost for this would be retarded when some cheap 2x4s would take up more space for a lot less.
