4ch. Amp Ideas

I'm considering installing a 4ch. amp in my car for my cabin speakers, mainly for the built-in HPF. Here's something I came up with to power my MB Quart 35-80w fronts and Sony 45w rms/150w peak rears:

Good idea? Bad idea?

Where do you think I should mount an amp and how should I run wires? I have installed a sub with a bridged 2ch amp in my car so I am not unfamiliar with some stuff but something tells me this is a whole different ballgame...

I am open to any suggestions as to what amp to use, how to run what wires and where, and anything else I may need to know.

Thanks in advance,

Austin

EDIT- MB Quart model number is EKA 113; Sony number is XSGT6936A

I love my Sundown SAX-50.4. I am running a set of MB Quarts MB Quart RVF 210 and MB Quart RVF 164 and they scream. If you go into the Sundown section there is a pinned section where you can get them for 225 shipped. Highly recommended worth the price...

This is probably really unrealistic, but I don't want to spend more than $100 shipped. I don't need more power so much as I do the high-pass filter, hence the Boss amp with low RMS ratings. Like I said my 6x9s are only rated at 45w RMS each, and the Quarts don't have an RMS listed; just a 35-80w power range.

I an currently running an 8ga. Rockford Fosgate wiring kit and RCAs to a 2ch Sony 800w amp bridged to two Alpine type-S 10" dual-4 ohm subwoofers. I just acquired a 4 ga. Streetwires power and ground with a 100amp fuse holder from a friend who found it in a car he was dismantling. I am planning on upgrading the sub amp as well, to a Power Acoustik 560RMS sub amp. Could I run the 4ga. wire to the sub amp and run the 8ga. off of a distribution block to a 4ch.?

EDIT: the freebie wiring kit also came with two sets of Monster RCAs and a couple tiny runs of 8ga. power and ground. All of it was mounted on a slab of MDF, probably an old amp rack or something. I might reuse this for my amps or something, I'm not sure...

I can't put 175w RMS to those speakers though!

The backs are rated to 40, that's probably conservative

The fronts are rated 30-80, again, probably conservative.

Thus, I only want a little bit of power.

...That MB Quart one intrigues me though, anyone use it before?

Too many projects, too little time...
