sphinxbccp
i downloaded the manual to my ipod touch an read it today, figured out a few things, sounds alittle better, according to my lil crappy walmart db meter its about the same as before, the bass sounds quieter to me but that might be because the vocals are louder so it drowns out the bass Quote Build log: Click Feedback: http://www.stevemead...xbccp-feedback/ 03 Chevy Blazer - IPad Air 2 - ALPINE Head Unit - 4 DC XL 18s - 2 DC 3.5k - ALPINE TYPE R 5.25 COMP - 3 ALPINE TYPE R 6.5 COMPs - DC 175.4 - DC HO Alt - D3400 - 4 XP3000s - KNU 0ga - 60 SqFt Damp Pro Lots more... bangin_explorer
i had a 9886 and i loved it, but i gave it up for my 9855. glad i did in a way. but the 9886 is a great deck IMO. so i'm not sure why you are having that problem. if anything get the imprint add on (kinda pricey, but worth it in a way) it might help you get what you want. i added the imprint to my friends x200 or whatever it is and it made a hell of a difference (and not only because the jump from 2v to 4v) Quote ....................................................... sphinxbccp
ok, this was annoying me since i got it and i had some ideas of what it could be, when i had my dual it had terrible ground loop noise so i put some ground loop isolators on all the rcas... even the one for the subs... so i thought that might be the problem, so today (first nice day off ive had in a while) i decided to try to figure it out... starting with the ground loop isolator, so i pull the deck an turn it on just to have a before an after kinda thing, but when i turned it on (before i removed the ground loop isolator) it sounded way better then usual, i couldnt figure it out, then i seen it... one of the rcas for the sub had come loose somehow.... after putting it all the way back on it sounds WAY better, so i guess i figured it out, thanks for your input when i first couldnt figure it out!!
