i usually do 15 drops per ouce of resin.

so if i mix 4 ounces, i do 60 drops, etc. i do a little less when i mix 8 ounces though as it gets hot rather quick.

Jelly sucks when you are about half way through the bucket of resin you just mixed up.

Hate when it does that.

But to the OP you can fiberglass will seal that bad cut right up :)

i never had a problem with fiberglass, or mixing hardener, i always seem to use too much hardener though, never had it jelly up on me though, i don't mix it in big enough batches for that to happen

Yea i went and got some mat and some hardner and resin today at the marine surplus store should start on it soon gotta get the 45's cut and the bracing done then ill glass it

Yea i went and got some mat and some hardner and resin today at the marine surplus store today had a buddy go with me to show exactly what i needed and ill attempt fiberglassing later this week when i have a day off stupid rain and florida weather makes mowin season crazy :aggressive:

will do but between work and school im pretty busy and dont have a whole lot of time to work on it and next weekend i got a race so as soon a i get it done ill post pics for yall im actually pretty proud of this already its kinda nice to do this on your own

did get a little more done today though got the baffles cut out and mouted together

this really put it in perspective on how big these 18's are haha :)
