Airborne Posted April 1, 2009 Report Posted April 1, 2009 Mine broke (and took some windshield with it) and I don't want it to happen again once I get the new windshield. I have seen (but can't remember where) mirrors that clip or bolt on to the mount. Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing?

thehoe92 Posted April 1, 2009 Report Posted April 1, 2009 better field of view as well. there is another post about this subject and it was saying something about mirrors on older cars being attached to the metal on the headliner and not the actual windshield. Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple

Torres Posted April 2, 2009 Report Posted April 2, 2009 my explorer has removable ones. i took it off when i put my wall in. i'm actually looking at ones to buy right now cuz mine broke lol. cheapest i've found is around 25 bucks for one
