Jdhonda810 Posted April 13, 2009 Report Posted April 13, 2009 hey man, i like the build. i got a '08 HHR i just bought. i am in the process of installing my fully loaded BTL 18" right now with an audioque 2200D with about 6.75 cubes net ported to 34 hurrrtts. i'll be postin the build in the next few days. look for me. its gonna be nice cause im line-x'ing the box for the complete product. MAAAANN it was a bitch to build the box too cause we had to keep cuttin it down cause the damn hatch is all rounded on the outside and its bigger inside . plus....did you upgrade your electrical system? that t4000 draws a lot of :censored: amperage for that little 130 amp alt. hit me up man, l8er

Slide it in the side doors. or slide it in the hatch sideways, then open the side doors and pivot it, then slide it back in place. My box wont fit straight in the hatch, I had to do the methods above. The wiper comes off easily, just have to plug the hole.
