did you apply the resin with a paint roller? and you need to have both cars at the next USAudio show..lol

i doubt the van will be done for the Us audio,the projected date to finish is the next Carlisle show.In the box of the van its actually polyurathane,just as smooth and shiney as resin.

how did 15 speakers in a single baffle work?

he had alltread rods and if you build thing right you dont need 1.5in thick baffle but it helps

i also had 2x4 braces as well as all thread.It flexed until i put all thread from baffle to baffle.

it was 1/2 i had it from box to baffle and then baffle to baffle.

i don't remember but how did you have the all tread tightened down with the baffle angle

Got even more tore out today.

Found a little more wheel gap,it wound last to much longer

now for the back wall,it was easier then i though it would be seeing it was only 1 1/2 thick
