Quick Advice - Trade Sae-1000d For Memphis Belle?

I've got 2 Sundown SAE-1000D amps not getting any use and a buddy offered me a Memphis Belle for one. I know these were pretty good amps and are now discontinued, so I'm thinking about taking him up on it.

Good trade for me?

Weird, I've heard the opposite about the belles. That the older ones are the shit and the new ones are just average...guess I have an easy way to find out ;)

I had the MC16-1300D Bell, and I loved it!

I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.
