mbdblue Posted April 13, 2009 Report Posted April 13, 2009 (edited) yeah, didnt think Id be making one of these topics....but shit happens. had a migraine this morning, went into work anyway...got there and noticed there were more ppl then usual....so I asked my manager if I could take a sick day cuz my head started poundin...he let me...I got a minute from home, and my eyes started buggin me...I closed them for a sec, drifted into the oncoming lane doin round 45-50....hit a lex fender to fender...dont have any pics...Ill see if I can run over to the shop tonight...but just for an idea....fender, drivers door (tore the outside skin competely off), front windshield, drivers knuckle assembly, bumper, hood, and thats all I can tell from the outside...but it doesnt look like it could be totalled....doesnt matter cuz I gotta pay outta pocket since I only have liability...may have to sell the new equipment.... You are talking about your truck, right? dude...I dont have a truck haha.... hard to get pics cuz its head first and the place closed 15 min b4 I got there... but you can see how the door is peeled off and off angle... on this angle, it looks like the whole front end is fucked....but it really isnt...what I got pics of and the front fender is all the damage....the drivers side headlight and over is fine....besides the hood bein bent and windshield cracked....unfortunately, they took it to a shop that I dont have 1 ounce of trust in....they have history, (including a month ago) where they like to half fix something so the customer comes back....Ill be towing to a friends shop down the road....luckily his shop is located right next to a Triumph auto glass so they can prob replace the windshield right there too....
