I could be wrong, but I would assume he finds the best going rates and ships with them whether it be FedEx or UPS. At least that's what I do. It saves money. Quote Need an install? What I was getting at was that USPS changed my address and is forwarding all my "postal office" mail to an address that isn't mine. Which was done without my knowledge.
