LoudBlazer
Well I have 2 audioPipe AP15001D linked together. Wasnt hooked up long and was working perfect then bam. The slave amp kept going into protect. I unhooked both amps then wired the amp I had as master by itself and it worked fine. Then hooked the amp that I had as the slave up and it stayed on for a split second then into protect. I then hooked the other amp back up and it worked fine then it goes into protect. The amps were bought at the same certified dealer but at diffrent times. The amp that wasnt working first is diffrent then the other amp. The controls knobs on the amp I got first are a shiny polished plastic and the on the other amp its a dull metal. Im going to assuem they werent made at the same time. What are the chances the boards might be diffrent and that caused my problem? I have decent electrical and never had bad voltage loss and my mids and highs amp is still working fine and never had issues while i was bumpin both. Any thing will help. Thanks Edited April 28, 2009 by LoudBlazer Quote 1997 2 Door Blazer Bagged & Body Dropped SBC/TH350

LoudBlazer
Well I know for a fact I had them wired correctly. Me and a few other knowledgeable members discussed it it. Thats why im thinking its an amp issue. Negative on the amps together. The the positive of the sub to the master amp. The negative to the slave amp. Then briged out of the master to the in of the slave rca input. Quote 1997 2 Door Blazer Bagged & Body Dropped SBC/TH350
Stephen
consult the manual Quote you can cook bacon shirtless if you're not a pussy...lol not hatin, but am i wrong here it looks as if the amp is not grounded its hooked directly to the battery. it that the way it should be. LoudBlazer
I followed the manuals instructions aswell. Thats why you and a few others got the text on the wiring. We had to make sure it was correct lol Quote 1997 2 Door Blazer Bagged & Body Dropped SBC/TH350
LoudBlazer
Problem solved. Great service by AudioPipe. I have two new amps on the way and this time they should be perfect and be exactly the same. Thanks AUDIOPIPE Quote 1997 2 Door Blazer Bagged & Body Dropped SBC/TH350
