Makes me feel like I dont have the room for 3 18s being as this is 1.5" thick and id only have room for 3/4" + fiberglass and mat for strength. Makes me want 4 15s again and kinda makes me want DD...Frcupe you always get me riled up for new builds with this shit. So do i man, that bitch is just sexy and loud as hell lol. About the box, yeah bro it´s only 1.5" thick on the front, and the sides, it has a lot of weird and unconfortable angles that made the box even weaker, but we managed to fix that issue with fiberglass and dowels, after this box and the one i had in the swift using single 3/4" thickness with only doubling the subs baffle that hit a 151 @ 38 hz for almost 2 years without braking or anything, i honestly can tell you that i don´t worry anymore about box thickness, good bracing and fiberglass works AWESOME!!! 4 15´s FTMW man, i´m actually considering walling the explorer on a flat wall using 4 15´s instead of going with 4 18´s in a BP , this almera is just stupid loud with so many weak points it has, the amps, the electrical, the non matched motors, the port size and the windshield, but we felt in love of it right away hehe, glad you like it old friend I cant decide if I want to do up the civic or get my truck for 5-6 18s. Nothing like being STUPID FUCKING LOUD in a car...anyone can do it in a giant truck or van with that amount of space. Either way this thing is beast. It's the same car as mine ('01 Nissan Sentra 2.0)- we have the Stinger voltage display in the same place, and hate that metal behind the folding seats, although I'm hesitant to cut it. AMAZING job. Do you have any more pic of the door panel build?? I was going to carefully cut off the plastic factory grille and build it out about an inch to crete deoth for my 8", but I LOVE the look of what you converted the door pockets into! For such an obscure car to have such a huge build, it's relly exciting for me to see. Keep it up, and please pass along my best to your friend. Yeah bro, that metal is just plain stupid lol, he cutted that thing a long time ago, specially since the car gets way louder with everything facing forward I don´t think i have another pic about the door panel, they were built a long time ago and just got painted a couple of times after that. N8, i´m gonna keep you updated with the updates, we are taking the chinese amplifiers out and installing 4 DD m3a´s wired at 1 ohm each one and we are also gonna wire them @ 0.25 ohms a piece for burps, also, chaging the old motors and installing 2 brand new 9515 F motors to match the other 2 subs, we are hoping to raise the score to 156s with the m3a´s at 1 ohm and close to 57s with them wired at 0.25 ohms for burps, electrical it´s the last thing we are gonna upgrade since it´s holding like champ with those old 12v batteries and a single 140A alternator i want!
