fritosaregood Posted January 8, 2010 Author Report Posted January 8, 2010 The box im plannin on will be really easy to build. basically two boxes that i will bolt together. there will be a hole in each box facing forward that i will put an external 6" port on. Im going to also make my own 9 inch ports. The chambers for the front and back wave will be the same volume. they will be tuned with a 3 hz difference from one another to get a really peaky response at 45 hz. I already popped one sub a while back. but it was just dumb me forgot to strap everythin down after i got a new box it and my battery tipped on the speaker wires coming out of the box and shorted out one of the voice coils.
