Now im a minitrucker, and stereo enthusiast, so I do a whole lot of nothing. At my best I was 220 and could bench 325 for 3 and squat 465 for 12. My other friend is 5'10'' 225, 7% bodyfat and can bench 465 raw. I keep telling him to compete but I don't think he could handle being judged or lose.
