I just got an e-cig about a week ago. Well, I've gone from smoking disgusting, stinking, killer real cigs to smoking harmless e-cigs.

Actually not smoking, but vaping.

All they pretty much contain is nicotine, which is not the cancer causing, breath stealing, stinking ingredient that real cigs have.

Anyone interested in them check out this e-cig forum for a ton of info.

I'm telling you, if you want to quit smoking the real ones, the e-cigs work. But keep in mind, it's an "alternative" to smoking. (Kind of like the patch, gum, etc)

so is it just an electronic cic that makes you feel like you are smoking (the physical/mental habit part or whatever) and you just put nicotine shots in or something?

heard about them on bubba the love sponge. They seem to be a real nice product that is helping people quit smoking. but to me your only really quitting if you can get off the real ones and then the e-cig. What good is it, if you go from one addiction to another?
