BanginOnABudget Posted May 15, 2009 Report Posted May 15, 2009 well put ur amps underneath, and custom fit a piece of MDF ontop of them with a 4x4 in the middle to make it all level in the trunk, then put ur box ontop of the level of MDF. where do you live?? im taking out my passenger seat, battery is disconnected, going to unwire and take out the three amps, take out the 70+ lb box, then the platform so i can crimp 1 wire. Almost as bad as those fegs that put those horns in their grills and roll down the street distorting the block.... 1990 Jeep Cherokee 2 Dr. Big-3 in 0g on Stock Alt. quakecitystudio Posted May 15, 2009 Report Posted May 15, 2009 This might be crazy but.... install the amps in the rear window area, where the 6x9s would be, use the small space immediately behind the back seats for batteries, hopefully the rear seats can fold down, or be modified to fold down. Cut the floor of the lowest part of the trunk and build a huge ported box that is part in the trunk and part below the trunk, for more cu. ft. of volume.
