Can an admin please allow PM's for him to see if he responds? This message can not be sent because the recipient has their personal messenger disabled or they are in a member group not allowed to use the personal messenger. They told me that I won the claim but I wouldn't get a refund all because I didn't have the "Premium" Buyer protection and because he didn't have funds. If he had funds I would have but if I had the "Premium" protection then I would get my money back either way.anybody know what this is?or how yo add it? sorry this happened,im glad he was one of many to flake on one of my deals. He said he just got out of the hospital even though he was supposed to be out a week + ago. He said he would refund me or ship it, whatever I wanted.
