Some of their prodcut is junk some of it isn't but the cunstomer service is almost always bad. If they send you the wrong prodcut they will charge you to restock and ship it. Its kind of a crap shoot. Take a look at Suicidedoors.com they are honest and their prices are as good as any of the Honest stores.
