thanks for the replys guys....got some more progress.

port on the front top piece layed out..

port sides, top and bottom layed out..

everything cut and dry assembled and test fitted to make sure i can slide it in with no probs.

taken back out and titebond all the way around.

i think i may put the sides on and make the top piece the last to put on in case i need to change the port.
