Posted June 15, 2009 Report Share Posted June 15, 2009 box is lookin sick so far - love that kind of design. i noticed you're using a hifonics brutus for the power - how does it do??? i just got the hifonics TXi7508 for my sub and the TXi4008 for my components. not a grip of power, but enough to hold me over until i really have the funds to build something sick! i haven't hooked my amps up just yet but i was hopin to get a good review on how they handle... Currently Under Construction - hoping to be done by August: JVC KD-SH55 Head Unit Rockford Fosgate 10" HX2 @ 35Hz Hifonics Zeus ZXi6.5C (Mids/Highs) Hifonics TXi4008 (amp for mids/highs) Hifonics BXi610 (amp for sub) KnuKonceptz Kolossus Flex 4 gauge - power/ground 50^2ft. Posted June 15, 2009 Report Share Posted June 15, 2009 they do really good imo. mine is on stock electrical and never drops below 13.8 volts. that's really good. i had an amp hooked up for a little while that dropped my voltage down pretty low - not sure how low but enough to fry my amp! so now i've got the two hifonics amps and i'm going to install a 2 farad cap and also do the Big 3 so that problem definitely won't happen again ha you gotta post some vids!! how hard is it wangin??
