Kerfed Ports Vs Standard Slotted Vs Flared Round Ports

I want to try a quad flared port... a full horn style... one of these days. Look something like this :

i have a feeling an entire kerfed box with a kerfed slot would yeild the highest numbers of all.... something like Thumpers designs but no 90 degree angles anywhere and rounded bracing

think of extreme vehicles... they dont use aeroports... they use giant slot ports with pvc on the ports... leads me to think the same would apply for smaller boxes

just a guess tho...

hmmm ive never done one but i wish their was someone local to help show me how or to explain it better i mean i get the gist of it but i don't really get how to do all the calculations and fab for that type of port i mean i'm not looking for anything crazy number wise i guess hi 140's low 150's on music

Aero ports are the easiest to work with since you only have to build a basic square box then just screw the port to it.
