ok what about the side face of it? if it were a seperate peice, what about a chevy tahoe a piller?

ok if you just want to do the face side of it.

you'll need some 1/2" tack strip and or some 1/2 wide back tack cardboard.

the material facing the board and overlapping by 1/2" staple the cardboard down and try to keep the cardboard as st8 as the edge. then fold over material and put taught straring in the middle and working out staple the material down. hope this helps. Rich

You could do that or something like this.

Cut another piece that is 1/2 smaller that the side panel. Tape up all the edges and use duraglass from the top of the panel to the side panel. To make somewhat of an insert for the side panel. Then wrap the top and the side. Then insert the side.

without stiching you will have to do side insert panels.

you could wrap coverpanels together and then put it all together over the top. thats if you used stretchy materials.
