4 10's Or 2 15's

the 4 10's would be 1000rms each, and the 15's 1400rms each. i should have the room for etheir set up in max spec ported box and the amp is not in question just say each sub would be getting their rms matched.

what would you guys go with?

the 4 10's is a little less but you've got more power going to them.

I'd go with the two 15's personally, they'll hit the low better plus more cone area

2003 jeep liberty limited, with out folding the rear seat i should have just enough room for etheir set up. just trying to get some idea's on what set up i want to go with when i redo my system and give the old setup to my girl

4 10" would give you hard hitting deep bass and 15" would have more cone area and SPL.

Thank you all for the in put. but after some playing with sketchup for a bit, i wouldn't have enough room for the 15's giving them each 4cft. and box tuned to 33hz so will have to go with the 4 10's oh well should sit hit hard

Done 4 10's and 2 15's set up both has there pros and cons 2 15's win imo more cone area also 4 10's is roughly the cone area of a single 18

With the 10's you have more motor stregth and puncher hit

2 15's should be louder (depending on the install) and have more cone area

Lmao off at 3 peeps saying 4 10's has more cone area
