Glued 2 of the 3 pices together. I have to put fabric on final face piece before it gets glued to the others.

And now you are up to speed. At this point this port has consumed about 48 hours of work time. I am still sanding on this thing. I have to get it baby butt smooth so I can paint it gloss black.

So bear with me I will post up new picks as soon as some more progress is made. There is much more to come.

Nice, how did you calculate the port are for that? i like the looks of it

With a little recommendation from the man (Steve Meade) and a lot of calculating for the box length and volume after I got the box all drawn up.
