I Know This Has Been Asked 1000+ Times But.....

currently i am running 1 power acoustik 2600 (i know its shitty but hey i just graduated from h.s. and i aint soberbills) to 2 kicker cvx 12's. I absolutely know that the amp is not putting out what it says it will (550 rms x2 at 2ohms). So i figured i might pick up another one since there only like $180 bucks new and relatively loud. All in all i have 3 questions.

1)How much do you think the amp is actually putting out knowing that i still have a stock alt (jeep grand cherokee), no big 3 done and no extra batts?

2)Will 2 be too much for the cvx's to handle (rated at 750 rms)?

3)If i do the big 3, will that be enough or should i be looking into getting extra batts? If so what is a good batt for my need

Def an extra battery, possibly a bigger alt for a 1500 rms setup. big three is a must. like right now, before you sleep lol. CVX will take a good clean 750, just be sure to know if they start to smell a little, give them a rest.

I've run several 4kw systems off 1 good battery and a stock alt. 1500wrms is tiny. Upgrade the battery and do the big 3 and you'll be fine.

if you are gonna pay 180 for another crappy amp just to get close to 1000watts why not just save a few more dollars ( 69 to be exact) and get an audioque 1200 and actually get the power your'e payin for? they are 249 shipped and they have great customer service.
