mr.p Posted June 26, 2009 Author Report Share Posted June 26, 2009 i cant glass over the cracks, it did this with a thick ass coat of spectrum sludge up there. and i drilled out the cracks. Im getting it tig welded right now, and the area around the hatch hinges welded on a bit there were 2 3 inch cracks from the hinges. pretty gnarly, and i almost lost my rear glass on the freeway because it stripped the threads out of the hing, 55$ a hinge!!!! replaced one, jb welded the other and remove the lift struts on the hatch glass to alleviate the pressure on the hinges...
