50Hz test track?

anyone point me in the right direction as to where I can find this. My setup is all out of wack and im soft clipping my amp/subs and think its time to do this right. I do not have an O-Scope so I cant check to see if im "really" clipping my signal or not, but I was planing on using this chart that tells you what voltage is need to obtain a certain wattage. I figure this is better then nothing....no? Using that chart, it tells me I need to have a 50hz test track, so this is why im asking. Anyone else follow that chart, did it work out alright.

no u should use -5db

data is on a scale of 30db... most music resides around 20-25db.... so if you used a 0db sine wave... likely it wouldnt sound loud enough because only a sine wave gets that loud, not music

so use a -3db or -5db or -6db.... rockford fosgate recommends -5db or -10db when using the 360.2... this is whats called gain overlap

If you look above ROE was already listed, and apparently doesn't have a -5db version which im told is what I need. I hate the response of "GOOGLE". Why dont you use GOOGLE and search for "how to be HELPFUL in forums." I have tryed google, to no avail.
