Jocur Posted June 28, 2009 Report Share Posted June 28, 2009 OK so here is my problem, i have 2 12" Fi BL D1 subs and i thought i would have more money than i have left but unfortunately that's not the case, i need an amp that can power both of them or two amps or whatever, and either a new cap or a second battery, the catch is i only have about $900 give or take a few i have been browsing sites like sonixelectronix but the problem is i dont know what to look for in a good amp to get hard hitting deep bass or good quality. I am a bit new to this, this is my first stereo upgrade since i was 15. if someone could please point me in the right direction it would be greatly appriciated. I know its not a RF or Sundown but for my budget, its perfect for me. right now its running 4 12s @ 2ohms, but i have a second amp sitting at the UPS dock waiting for delivery and will run 1 amp per pair at 1 ohm and see what they do. I hooked it to 2 15" RE subs and it really suprised me how much power it had. Well, I don't really know much about the Fi BL (Sorry folks :x), but sorry to bother, may I ask how much RMS watts each of them push, or together. Also at what ohm are they?
