G_Fresh Posted June 28, 2009 Report Share Posted June 28, 2009 Alright. So i got a ticket last night. It says: 9.20.030 LMC (This line is checked for a misdemeanor) What do the numbers stand for? Drinking in public Bud light / Corona They just pulled up, we were standing on his property. I didn't have a beer in my hand( i don't drink) But they still gave me a ticket. I tried calling the watch commander right after getting the ticket so they could blood test me, but they wouldn't do it. Does anyone know what kinda charges this is? Any way i can fight it? Just go to court and request a trial, chances are the cop won't show for it and the charges would be dropped. I've had a couple noise pollution tickets tossed like this.
