Maybe it was unhooked but never removed? that is what i would guess too. i have a remote start and i have a kill button to hit if i need. mine is right under my dash on the driver's side in the far left corner. HUH! that is either a aftermarket trailler brake harness, or possibly... no no, Probably a aftermarket cruise controll harness... i see a plunger switch and bothe those items have them!
