yes corsair is nice, but it was about 60 bucks more than the ocz ram i bought. f that

for their lifetime warranty, matched memory pairs, and testing, Id reather pay the extra few bucks for it, and have a solid system, and not worry about having unstable ram.

but thats just me.

Kinda like going to walmart and buying a vr3 flip out screen because its hundreds less then a lowend pioneer flipout.

Dude this problem isn't typical. It wasn't corsair's fault or ocz's, gskill's etc... It was the memory supplier (Elipida in this case)

OCZ backs up their products as well, with lifetime warranty's

Corsair's Dominator GT line had the same problem, so they are taking it off the market.

plus, you cant compare ocz to vr3. ocz is a fairly solid brand from what ive seen/used.
