week 1 of new routine finished!

Legs feel more resistant to the deadlifts = good thing :)

Gained 1-2 pounds. I hope its more muscle than fat :D

sucks bout your back but weight bearing exercise is the way to get it back to normal if its a bone problem, weight bearing exercise actually increases bone strength contrary to popular belief :) still sucks though but youre making progress so thats a good sign.

What routine you doing? i just do a simple 5 day split

monday chest/forearms/abs/calves

tuesday back

wednesday legs/forearms/abs/calves

thursday arms

friday shoulders/forearms/abs/calves

Calves i may skip on friday or monday depending how sore they are but i always hit em wednesday. forarms/abs are every other day save rare occasions where i dont feel i recovered completely yet, but they seem to have very quick recovery rates so i do them a lot.

My routine is on page 11. basically all the core lifts every time i work out. 3 days a week. however not enough to overwork the muscle groups. I feel good after every workout. It is tough, but I like it.

After 2 cycles (8-10 weeks) I will probably switch over to a strength concentrated workout...like 5 reps and such...

so frustrated....couldnt do squats for shit today...I had a hard time getting 185 up...pathetic...

I dunno wtf the problem is...lack of back muscles i suppose....I dont even think i can blame it on shoveling 2 feet of snow all weekend lol...

I have been steady at working out for 2 months now. I weigh 180 now :D

cant wait to gain more until feb-march.

might i add that i am dirty bulking so im not watching what i eat too much.

but come cutting time all my meals will be perfect..or so i am hoping...and then clean bulk from there when i cut enough to suit my needs....

^^^ true that. Before xmas there was hardly anyone during the week around 1pm. Just went in there today and holy shit the parking lot was full. Everytime I would do a set or two and get a drink, someone else would jump on the bench and start doing theres. WTF? Cant have the decency to ask if I am done?
