yeai understand what ur saying exactly like, ive really fallen off lately, i was losing a consisten 2-3 lbs a week for last 4 or so months and now ive been at the same weight for almost a month and its killing me lol, But i may just do a low carb like you said, and tuna is pretty much all i eat haha :) its cheap and healthy. And my rep range for now is between 8-12, but im thinking of jumping that up to 12-15 for complete failure, to hopefully lean out a little more, i would love to get in the single digits for B.F. but its tough its like reaching 160's in this shit lol, lots of failures, but eventually it will come, I used to be so fat so its really tough for me to lose this last bit of fat, I mean ive come down almost 15% on b.f. as of now, So its been a constant struggle for me but i refuse to give it up bcuz ive come this far why would i turn back, plus the fact that the ladys come so much easier when ur not huge like i used to be lol. O and my cardio is pretty weak to, i just hate doing it, but im trying to do a slow jog every morning for 3 miles, and then work, and then after ill hit the gym up and do cardio again at the end of my work as a sort of cool down or my body, like a nice incline walk for 30 minutes at about 3.5 mph pace.

Man a friend of mine was the exact same way it took him over a year to get down to the single digits then he keep going and did a show. If you want my honest opinion your body has reached a plateoe this happens during dieting and especially after you been on it for a while. It sounds like your training isn't your problem. you can do a lil more reps lests say 15-20. this will help you start getting a lil more definition since you already have size i think this will benifit you. But here's my honest opinion again, your going to have to crank up the intenisity of your cardio I know its hard and tiring but i promise you once you crank up the intensity and start seeing more and more results you will be addicted to it. O.K lets just think about it for a second.... If you have a naturally high body fat your body will naturally want to store body fat. Now when you incoperate a diet into your regimen your taking in X amount of calories a day. lets say 1500 calories a day for example. even though its not 1500 calories from fat its still 1500 calories that your body has to use to supply itsself and burn what ever isn't used. now if your body naturally wants to store fat you have use and burn that 1500 calories before you start to burn fat. This is where I think your at your body has reached a resting point and weight training and diet has taking your body to a point where its comfortable at and unless your start burning more calories through cardio loosing more body fat will be hard. Just stick to your diet and training and start hitting cardio hard running, bike, olypitacle, and stair master, but not just casually really hit it and start burning calories. since you work your whole body in 4-5 day you can use those other 2-3 days to murder cardio to complete failure. Do this along with your regular cardio regimine this will really help you out. just space out you extreme cardio days throught the week. this will also let your muscles have a lil more time to recover

Iight brother sounds good to me :) im just sick of being chubby so like ill do what it take, Ill give the Extreme cardio a go ill start pluggin that in this saturday, cuz saturday and sunday i only do cardio so ill make sure to really push my self for the next couple of weekend, and then also on wednesday ill plug the heavy cardio in the morning, And ill stay on my lighter cardio the tuesday, Thursday and friday, And ill take monday off from cardio.

yah, a weightlifting thread....I used to eat, sleep and breath bodybulding LOL

been up to the high 270's in the off season...last time I competed I was like 235 on stage

been taking it easy for the last year though, so I'm 235-240 right now

I'ma see if I can findsome pics and contribute something usefull to the thread

well....LOL...it's not like anyone's gonna buy that "it's all in the diet and workouts"

but like I've said - been taking it easy since the comp, so that would mean I'm quite the natural athlete for the last 8-9 months :D ...I've scaled back on calorie/protein intake and training as well...I'll try to get a recent pic up for comparison

I not going to doubt this... you never know.

Way way back when I was in High School Sophomore year I was only 165lbs and could do 350 for a sloppy single. I have been to meets that would just blow you away... my last meet I did was in the 220lb class and here where the results.

1st place 660lb Bench

2nd place 520lb Bench

3rd Place (me) 385lbs

this was not a drug controlled meet so I cant say weather the other guys were juicing or not.. I was clean.

but just to see someone at 220lbs bench 3 times there body weight is something else.... I was like WTF

nice i hope to break 600 senior year if all goes well

Thanks bro and you definantly super shreadded in your picks with lots of defination and full muscle belly's. I love to know what your regimin was pre contest LOL!! I definantly know about taking breaks from bodybuilding thou its really hard on your body
