Amp wiring

I have a dual 4 ohm sub and a mono amp. The mono amp actually has 2 pos 2 neg terminals. the company says its for running parralel, etc.. I was wondering if i have my jumpers on my sub into parallel how would i wire it to the amp?

You're right. I bet a lot of monoblock owners blow their amps up this way.

The reason you have 2 sets of terminals is so you don't have to try and cram a lot of speaker wires in one set of holes. it doesn't matter what one you stick your wires in. As long as you get the negative/positives right.
