did you notice that you messed up from your box design? the top of that middle piece is suposed to line up with the port side. haha and its not downfiring! guess you just changed you mind on some stuff. looks good.

damn those wedges, to seal up those holes, are going to be hard to make for a 1st timer.

Yea I found out I couldn't do Down-Firing cause the motor is too wide and tall. I don't think anyone ever has their mind set on what they want in car audio. Something always changes. And I changed the design a lil bit to get more airspace.

Also, I have a question for the box.

Should I get a terminal cup or should I just drill a hole and squeeze the wires through and put the wires through the box?

How do you guys seal the hole? Can I use fiberglass to seal it?

This is what the bolt terminals look like. This is where I connect my 4 channel amp since all my power wire and fuses are located in my box, but same idea for speaker wire.

If you do decide a terminal cup is easier and cleaner looking be sure to use a flush head bit and add more holes for a tighter seal. Like this.

Either way looks really clean. You can always add a little glue or resin to further seal the terminal cup from the backside.
